My background combines operational experience with graduate-level preparation in instructional design and learning technology. Having worked in occupational safety and health, fire and life safety, emergency services, and military environments, I bring a performance-focused perspective to training and learning development grounded in clarity, accuracy, and real-world application.

Much of my professional experience has involved translating complex technical and regulatory information for people with varying levels of knowledge and experience. That foundation shapes my approach to training by focusing on the performance need, organizing complex information clearly, and developing instruction that helps people understand what they need to know and use it effectively.

Whether conducting needs analysis, developing training content, designing interactive learning, or evaluating training effectiveness, I use evidence-based instructional design principles to connect learning with workplace performance.
